- Account and app activity information, such as saved readings, preferences, feature use, consent settings, and customer support history.
- Purchase and subscription information provided by Apple, such as product identifiers, subscription status, transaction identifiers, renewal status, and refund or cancellation status. We do not receive your full payment card details from Apple.
- Device, diagnostic, and usage information, such as app version, device model, operating system version, approximate region, crash logs, performance data, and security logs.
- Website technical information, such as basic server logs, IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps.
How We Collect Information
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your device or browser, from Apple for App Store purchases, and from service providers that help us operate, secure, analyze, and support our products.
How We Use Information
- Provide astrology readings, forecasts, saved content, and app functionality.
- Operate accounts, subscriptions, payments, customer support, security, and fraud prevention.
- Improve product quality, troubleshoot bugs, understand feature use, and maintain reliable services.

How We Share Information

Retention and Deletion
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to provide the app, maintain subscriptions, resolve support requests, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, and keep appropriate business records. Consent and Choices
You can manage device permissions in iOS Settings, manage subscriptions through your Apple Account, and request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy choices through Privacy Choices. Where our app asks for optional consent, you can withdraw that consent through the app setting provided or by contacting us.
Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13 and are not intended for the App Store Kids category. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
